Website visitors
Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through our hosting, security and site tools. Our website uses cookies that it needs to work, such as keeping you logged in, remembering your basket and protecting forms from spam. We may also use simple visit statistics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may then not work.
5. Why we use it
- Candidates: to review your profile and, with your consent, share it with companies hiring for roles that match your skills. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Employer contacts: to answer your enquiry, send you relevant candidate profiles and manage our working relationship.
- Students and customers: to deliver courses, issue certificates, process orders and provide support.
- Everyone: to keep the website secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
6. Who we share it with
- Hiring companies. NeuDrug-trained profiles are not published. We send relevant CVs only to companies that have shared their requirements with us. Experienced profiles may be shown to client companies we have approved for Talent Pool access. Website visitors who are not approved clients see only anonymised summaries, never your name, contact details, salary or CV.
- Service providers who help us run the website, email and payments, such as our hosting provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
7. Sharing across countries
Candidates and hiring companies are located in different countries. By sharing your CV, you understand that it may be sent to companies based outside your country of residence, for the purpose of remote recruitment. Our website and email are hosted by service providers whose servers may also be located in other countries.
8. How long we keep it
- Candidate profiles and CVs: for 12 months from the date you submit or last update them, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
- Employer enquiries: for 24 months after our last contact.
- Orders and certificates: for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting and legal requirements.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, including your CV and profile;
- stop sharing your profile with companies (withdraw consent).
Email info@neu-drug.com from the address you used with us. We aim to respond within 30 days. Deleting your profile does not recall a CV that was already sent to a company, but we will tell that company you have withdrawn where we can.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data. Details are on our Data protection page. No website or email system is completely secure, so please share only what is needed for recruitment.
11. Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect CVs or data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this notice
