Data protection
How we keep CVs and personal information safe, and who can see them.
1. Our approach
CVs contain personal information that people trust us with. We collect only what recruitment needs, share it only for recruitment, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when someone asks.
2. How a CV moves through NeuDrug
- Submitted. The candidate fills in our form, gives consent and uploads a CV. A copy arrives in our company inbox.
- Stored privately. The CV file is saved in a protected folder on our website that cannot be opened by a public link.
- Reviewed. Our team checks the profile before it is used. Nothing is shared at this stage.
- Shared for a purpose. NeuDrug-trained CVs are sent only to a company that has shared a matching requirement. Experienced profiles are visible in full only to approved client companies who log in.
- Deleted. When the retention period ends or the candidate asks, we delete the profile and the CV file.

4. What we ask of client companies
- Use candidate information only to assess and recruit for the role discussed.
- Do not pass CVs to third parties or add them to other databases without the candidate’s agreement.
- Keep CVs secure and delete them when they are no longer needed for that recruitment.
- Do not share login details for Talent Pool access.
We may remove access from any client that does not follow these rules.
5. Inside NeuDrug
- Only team members who need CVs for recruitment work can access them.
- Website and inbox accounts are protected by passwords, and the website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection.
- We keep candidate data out of public pages, and we keep shared folders and email forwarding to a minimum.
6. Where we accept CVs from
We currently do not accept CVs from people living in the European Union / European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Profiles from those places are deleted when identified.
7. If something goes wrong
If we learn that personal data has been lost, accessed or shared without permission, we will act to contain it, assess the risk, and tell the people affected without undue delay where there is a real risk to them, along with any authority the law requires us to inform.
